The evolving coronavirus situation has impacted us all in ways we never expected, and the circumstances continue to change. We are quickly, and thoroughly, altering the way that we operate our communities and interact with and support our residents.
Our top priority is the health and safety of our residents and staff during the COVID-19 crisis. We understand all our residents have been impacted in various ways, and we would like to offer resources, answers to questions and other valuable information to assist during this unprecedented time.
Our COVID-19 related policy updates include:
Closing community amenities such as our community centers and pools
Increasing the frequency of cleaning in our common areas, following CDC and government guidelines
Requesting contact via phone and email with our office team in support of social distancing
Focusing our maintenance teams on essential tasks in order to limit interpersonal exposure and providing them with enhanced personal protective equipment
Conducting virtual tours with prospective residents to limit the number of people entering our communities
Stay up to date with the orders and information coming from local governments as well as national and international organizations telling us more about COVID-19 and general resources to help cope.
